After being a “non-practicing” Catholic for many years, Brian decided to revisit the church of his childhood. He soon found out that he had not received the sacrament of Confirmation, so he enrolled in an adult confirmation class at his local parish in Canton, Michigan. Since then the Holy Spirit has been hard at work!
Brian often describes his new found Faith as being a “Born Again” Catholic. Shortly afterward Brian met and married his lovely wife Michele, and they have been blessed with three children. He also joined the local Knights of Columbus Council (Msgr. Clement Kern, #8284) and became the Chancellor, and soon after found his calling as Lecturer.
In 2007, Brian and his family moved to the Michigan’s Upper Peninsula when he was offered a transfer with his employer of 20 years. They quickly became parishioners at St. Peter Cathedral in Marquette, where they resumed their weekly visits to the Perpetual Adoration Chapel. He also transferred to Knights of Columbus Council #689, where he has served as Lecturer for the last three and a half years.
